Esrick Quintyn is the author of The Dilemma of Life. Born in Guyana, he immigrated to Canada in his early 20s — leaving behind his parents and siblings in search of a brighter future. Since then, he has served many roles: human resources professional, policy analyst, public servant, student, volunteer, advocate, community organizer, board member and husband and father.
Esrick is passionate about working with youth and newcomers to help ensure they have the tools and opportunities for success. In The Dilemma of Life, he shares his own experiences carving a path for himself as a Caribbean immigrant in Canada and what others, especially young people, can learn and apply to their own journeys in life.
